      Chocolate Bite Cake

 Serves 3-4 persons.

 Time taken to make: 45-50 minutes.

Meterial :-

•  2 cups –flour
•  1 cup– sugar
•  3 –eggs
•  4 tbsp– milk
•  3/4 cup –margarine
•  1/2 cup– cocoa powder
•  1 tsp –baking powder
• 1/2 tsp –sweet soda
•  1 –chocolate bar of 40 grams
•  1 tsp –chocolate essence

 for icing:–

•  1/2– cup cream
•  1/2 –tsp chocolate essence
•  1 cup– icing sugar
•  1/4 cup –cocoa powder
•  8-10– cashews
•  8-10– cherries (optional).

 process:–

 Sieve 2-3 times by mixing flour, baking powder, soda and cocoa powder.

 Mix margarine and sugar and beat well and add egg yolks to it.

 Pour in and mix. Grate the chocolate and soak it in milk for a while

 And mix it in the egg mixture and beat it. Pour the flour mixture little by little and

 Mix. Beat the chocolate essence and egg whites well and all Amazon 35$

 Keep it in the oven and bake it. Take out the prepared cake and cool it.
